On the next page, you can fill in all the details of personalisation and images required in the 'Personalisation Request' box.

If you need to send a photo, please send it in JPEG, or other compressed form to sales@picturesonwood.co.uk along with your order details.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We often get emails from customers asking how to choose a design, when ordering.

There are no set designs to choose from. All the images on the website are just examples of other customer's ideas. You can have anything you like except portraits. When you place your order, just write in the Personalisation box at the bottom of the order form, the wording you would like and suggestions of images. We will then email you some designs to see - all part of the service.

DELIVERY IS FREE FOR STANDARD 2ND CLASS POST
WHICH TAKES APPROX 3-5 DAYS FROM DESPATCH. SO IF YOUR ORDER IS QUITE URGENT, IT WOULD BE BEST TO CHOOSE 1ST CLASS POST. THIS IS AT COST PRICE.
However, there are alternative choices for postage at Checkout if you require your order a bit quicker.

DELIVERY IS GENERALLY 7 - 14 DAYS AFTER YOU'VE CHOSEN YOUR DESIGN FROM THE MOCK UPS SENT TO YOU AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER BUT AT BUSIER TIMES SUCH AS CHRISTMAS AND THE WEDDING SEASON THIS COULD BE A BIT LONGER.
