After you place an order with Pictures on Wood, we will email your design(s) to you for checking and approval before going ahead and making your personalised gift(s).
If you are at all unhappy with designs or just change your mind, then we will give you a full refund

Delivery charges start from £1.00 for small items and then at cost after that, with free delivery on large orders above £50.00
