When you place an order, we will send you mock ups and an invoice by email for you to choose your design and send payment.
You can opt to pay by cheque/postal order/bankers draft, Credit/Debit card or BACS/Internet banking.
I'm afraid we don't send goods out before receiving payment any more due to several customers wanting items urgently and then not paying for them.
If you have paid for the goods and are not happy with the finished items, then a full (no quibble) refund will be issued.
Items are generally sent by First Class Post. You have the option of paying extra for Special Delivery.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We often get emails from customers asking how to choose a design, when ordering. There are no set designs to choose from. All the images on the website are just examples of other customer's ideas. You can have anything you like except portraits. When you place your order, just write in the Personalisation box at the bottom of the order form, the wording you would like and suggestions of images.
