When you place an order, we will send you mock ups and an invoice by email for you to choose your design and send payment.

You can opt to pay by cheque/postal order/bankers draft, Credit/Debit card or BACS/Internet banking.

I'm afraid we don't send goods out before receiving payment any more due to several customers wanting items urgently and then not paying for them.

If you have paid for the goods and are not happy with the finished items, then a full (no quibble) refund will be issued.

Items are generally sent by First Class Post. You have the option of paying extra for Special Delivery.

DELIVERY IS FREE FOR STANDARD 2ND CLASS POST
WHICH TAKES APPROX 3-5 DAYS FROM DESPATCH. SO IF YOUR ORDER IS QUITE URGENT, IT WOULD BE BEST TO CHOOSE 1ST CLASS POST.
There are alternative choices for postage at Checkout if you require your order a bit quicker.

DELIVERY IS GENERALLY 7 - 14 DAYS AFTER YOU'VE CHOSEN YOUR DESIGN FROM THE MOCK UPS SENT TO YOU AFTER RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER BUT AT BUSIER TIMES SUCH AS CHRISTMAS AND THE WEDDING SEASON THIS COULD BE A BIT LONGER.
