Our Gifts are generally laser engraved but if you wanted the whole thing hand drawn in pyrography to give a real hand-crafted look, as some of the examples show on this website, then please ask.
If you would like to see a design before ordering, with no obligation to purchase just go to our contact form and fill out all the details. We will then email your design ideas to you.

After you place an order with Pictures on Wood, we will email your design(s) to you for checking and approval before going ahead and making your personalised gift(s). So, please check your emails regularly. It would also help to add info@picturesonwood.co.uk to to your contacts as we are regularly labelled as Spam or Junk. It would also help to have a mobile number to send updates by SMS
Delivery is generally up to 7 days but orders can be rushed through by special request
If you are at all unhappy with designs or just change your mind, then we will give you a full refund
Delivery charges start from £1.00 for small items and then at cost after that, with free delivery on large orders above £50.00
